Detailed Itinerary by days
Day 1Dubrovnik - Saplunara (Mljet)
From the old walls of Dubrovnik, sail north to Saplunara, the southern pearl of Mljet. Drop anchor between golden dunes and pine woods around a bay. Swim in the shallow, sun-warmed waves at Blace Beach, a crescent of sand so unspoiled it feels like your personal paradise. Dine grilled with lemon and wild herbs at a rustic konoba on fresh-caught orada (sea bream), while the sky turns lavender.

Day 2Saplunara - Skrivena Luka (Lastovo)
Sail west to the fjord-like inlet enclosed by cliffs at Lastovo's Skrivena Luka, "Hidden Harbor." Trekking to the Lastovo Lighthouse, where panoramic views reach Italy, then snorkel in silver fish-rich caverns. Join residents at a rural pijaca (market) for arancini (citrus liqueur) and stories of pirate mythology under a sky rich with stars at night.

Day 3Skrivena Luka - Vela Luka (Korčula)
The wild west coast calls Korčula. Time glides to the clink of boat rigging in Vela Luka, a laid-back fishing hamlet. Discover Vela Spila, a prehistoric cave resonant with 20,000-year-old mysteries, then savor pasticada, beef stew, at a family-run taverna, the recipe unaltered for millennia.

Day 4Vela Luka - Palmižana (Hvar)
From the bohemian enclave known as Hvar's Palmižana, where yachts mix with pine-shaded beaches, cruise Snorkel the colourful reefs at Stipanska Bay, then sip cocktails at Toto's Beach Bar, toes on the sand while DJ rhythms mix with the whisper of waves. Try gregada, fish stew, under strings of fairy lights for dinner; the air is perfumed with jasmine.

Day 5Palmižana - Korčula Town
Go back to Korčula, but to its mediaeval core now. Wander the Marco Polo Tower then lose yourself in cobblestone lanes guarding Venetian palaces from stone lions. Lunch in Adio Mare, a courtyard restaurant with swooping swallows, black risotto. Catch the Moreska Sword Dance, a centuries-old show of clashing blades and fierce passion at evening.

Day 6Korčula - Kobaš (Pelješac Peninsula)
Sail to Kobaš, a slumbering community on the oyster-rich coast of Pelješac. Explore the cold depths of the Mljet Channel then tour family vineyards for strong Dingač red tastes. At a seaside picnic table, feast on plates of briny oysters and pršut (Dalmatian prosciutta), the sun sinking behind the hills.

Day 7Kobaš - Dubrovnik
Come back south and stop at the Elaphiti Islands for a last swim in the blue embrace of the Adriatic. Dock in Dubrovnik as the limestone walls of the city shine golden in sunset. On the Stradun, toast your journey with maraschino liquor; already dream about your next Adriatic escape.
