1
Day 1

SkradinZlarin Island

Depart Skradin mid-morning, clearing the Krka river mouth for the 10-nautical-mile sail south to Zlarin, the 'Golden Island.' Historically famed for its coral divers, Zlarin offers several sheltered bays perfect for an afternoon swim. Anchor in a quiet cove on the island's western side, where the water is clear and the seabed offers good holding in sand and weed. Explore the island's single village, a charming cluster of stone houses and narrow lanes, and visit the small Coral Heritage Museum. As dusk settles, make your way to Konoba Zlarinka, a waterfront favourite, for a plate of škampi na buzaru, savouring the scent of garlic and olive oil as the sky turns apricot.

ZlarinRavni Žakan

Depart Zlarin after breakfast for the 20-nautical-mile run into the Kornati National Park, a scattering of 89 islands and islets. Drop anchor in the protected waters of Ravni Žakan, a natural harbour on the island of Kornat, where the seabed offers good holding in sand and seagrass. Spend the afternoon exploring the island's sparse vegetation, perhaps hiking to the viewpoint for a commanding vista of the surrounding archipelago. Dinner tonight is at the popular Konoba Ravni Žakan, known for its grilled fish and local Pošip wine, served under the vast, unpolluted night sky. The cicadas will provide a gentle soundtrack as dusk settles.

Anchor in the southern arm of the bay, then take the dinghy ashore. Kayak to the tranquil Mir Lake, a unique saltwater environment whose still surface mirrors the sky. Alternatively, explore the ancient olive groves and enjoy a seafood platter at Konoba Drage, where local Dalmatian wines complement the day's catch. TelašćicaŽut Island

Today's 15-nautical-mile sail southeast brings you to the stark beauty of Telašćica Nature Park, a sanctuary of 13 islands and 6 islets. Anchor in the sheltered waters of the park, perhaps in the southern inlet of Mir, known for its therapeutic mud. Spend the morning exploring the park's dramatic cliffs and saline lake, or take a dinghy to discover hidden sea caves. In the afternoon, a short hop brings you to the island of Žut, where you can moor stern-to at Konoba Žut. As the sun dips, enjoy a traditional gregada, a fisherman's stew, with the scent of wild herbs and the gentle lapping of waves against the hull.

Day 5

ŽutMurter Island

A 15-nautical-mile run north brings you to Murter Island, a mainland connection for the Kornati and home to the protected Soline Bay with its crescent of white sand. Moor stern-to in the small harbour of Betina, a village of stone houses and fishing boats beneath pine-clad hills. The scent of pine resin hangs in the air as you explore Betina's waterfront promenades. Consider a short cycle inland to Tisno to see the ancient Roman salt pans, a testament to the island's long history. For dinner, seek out a family-run konoba in Betina or nearby Jezera for authentic pašticada, a slow-cooked beef dish, perhaps accompanied by a local rakija as the cicadas begin their evening chorus.

MurterTribunj

Departing Murter, a 12-nautical-mile reach west brings you to Tribunj, a picturesque fishing town where ancient stone walls meet the gentle hum of a modern marina. Before mooring, drop anchor in the sheltered waters of Čista Bay for a refreshing swim. The bay offers excellent holding in sand and weed, perfect for a leisurely dip. Once settled stern-to in Tribunj harbour, explore the island's narrow, winding streets, a maze of sun-drenched stone and sleepy cats. The scent of pine resin drifts from the surrounding hills. For dinner, Konoba Bepo is renowned for its authentic crni rižot, a rich squid ink risotto. Later, you might hear the haunting harmonies of klapa singers drifting across the water, a truly local experience.
