Detailed Itinerary by days
Day 1Primošten - Zlarin
Start your journey at Primošten, a postcard-perfect fishing village whose terracotta rooftops fall down the Adriatic. Hoist the sails and float by the famous Kamenar vineyard island, its limestone walls ablaze in morning light after breakfast. Drop anchor in Zlarin, the "Golden Island," where sea salt smells mix with pine and time slows to the speed of bicycle bells. Search for red coral in pristine waters; then, stroll car-free roads to family-run konobas for grilled squid and tales of seafaring folklore.

Day 2Zlarin - Skradin, NP Krka
Let the wind lead you inland along the emerald-green Krka River, where steep rocks rise like old sentinels. Dock at Skradin, a sun-dappled stone arch village with laughter pouring from riverfront cafes. Trade your boat for a smaller craft and travel upstream to Krka National Park—here, natural lakes calling for swimming are created by tremendous waterfalls. Arriving early will help you to beat the throngs and see sunlight break into rainbows across the mountains.

Day 3Skradin - Kaprije
Set out for Kaprije, an island with air smelling of wild rosemary and fig trees. This is the Dalmatia of old—just hidden coves with sand like powdered sugar, devoid of cars and tourists. Trekking to a mountaintop chapel for 360° views of the archipelago, snorkel in the technicolour seas of Stipa Bay. Join residents at a seaside taverna for gregada, fish stew, cooked in clay pots for generations as evening turns the sky apricot.

Day 4Kaprije - Telaščica Bay
Nature seems dramatic now. Head for Telašćica, a fjord-like bay with cliffs falling 100 meters into the sea. Drop anchor next to Mir Lake, a saltwater lagoon heated as bathwater, and float surrounded by wild orchids. See wild donkeys graze among olive gardens by hiking the clifftop walk; then, plunge off your boat into the deep blue "hole," only the courageous embrace!

Day 5Telaščica Bay - NP Kornati, Piškera
Sail into Kornati National Park, a lunar scene of 89 islands with stone walls scribbling old stories over the slopes. Moor at Piškera, a little fishing outpost with just occasional fishermen fixing nets and birds as neighbors. Spend the day beach-hopping; Lavsa's small bays are ideal for paddleboarding while Tarac's pebble beaches shine turquoise. Finish it with a twilight barbecue on deck, the islands silhouetted against a tangerine sunset.

Day 6Piškera - Jezera (Murter)
Wake to the soft lap of waves and head for Murter Island, where isolated bays surround pine trees. Feast on pasticada (slow-cooked beef) at a family table under a trellis of vines in Jezera, a town of stone houses and fishing nets drying in the sun. Your last swim as the sun sets will be kayaking to Čigraada Lighthouse or claiming a bit of sandy heaven at Slanica Beach.

Day 7Jezera (Murter) - Primošten
Come back to Primošten under the sea on your last morning. Glide by the "Croatian Maldives," shoals so shallow the water shimmers in unworkable blues. Dock with time to negotiate the maze of steps in the old town, where every turn provides a fresh view of the harbor. At a cliffside bar, toast your journey with a glass of Babič wine; the islands you have conquered gleaming gold is seen far away.
